A super easy one: Step on a scale and see what your BmI is. Or you can get a DEXA scan to see how much visceral fat you have, or buy a over the counter CGM to monitor your blood insulin levels, or go for a run around the block and see how quickly you are out of breath, etc.
To go with your car driver analogy, we can equate the metabolic lack of health to a number of beers that a person has before they go for a drive. The more unhealthy/drunk the more dangerous it is for them to go out and do things in the world.

How interesting isn't it that the entire world coordinated non-stop hammering in mainstream media about the virus originating from a food market in Wuhan?
Why did the entire media, worldwide, presented the exact same narrative to everybody?
I'd like governments to mandate a report on that because we've been lied to for years.
And that no kids died due to Covid shots doesn't change the fact that the governements and the media lied to the people.
